Some of the managers in this location DO NOT know how to balance a cash register or use a card reader. Kathleen should be the store manager she's the only employee I met that knew what she was taking about . The other one had to leave the location and I do not blame her . The current managers also commit fraud . If you want to donate to our Country and support disabled people getting "jobs" instead of collecting things for Ebay resale , Please go to the Salvation Army up the road!

This is one of those places that I'm torn writing a review about because I kind of want to keep it my own secret lol This place has always been my favorite thrift store. It's always super clean, always well organized; but it also looks like they recently renovated and it looks even better!! I couldn't believe how much Halloween stuff they had on hand! I went in for 1 specific item, I left with a giant bag full. My only qualm is their prices are a little expensive for being used. Some things I saw were nearly the same price you could find new. :/

Santee retail is one of the few that fortunately can take most items from 10am-2pm, closed on Wednesdays. I dont think goidwill does pickups, however the disabled vets stores do and i have seen appliances there. You could also list them on craigslist for free in the free items section. There are people who will come pick them up that advertise there for appliances.
