Very poorly manages store. The woman at the paint counter is killing her self with no help, and has a great attitude. I go over to the carpet area, I need to carpet my entire upstairs. Two employees are standing right by the carpet I’m looking at having a private conversation, and never asked me if I needed help, which I did. I stood 3 ft away from them and they couldn’t care less. Its poor customer service and poor management. So I’ll go somewhere else and spend my $2,000 dollars, where they are interested in helping me.

Saul in the garden area was amazing!! He answered all my questions and walked me around to a couple different types of shrubs so I could pick out what would be best for my “project”. Super helpful! Thanks Saul!!!

Home depot is one of my favorite places. The staff actually didn't try to avoid me this time!! I generally don't need help but searching for someone is a pain. I appreciate the eye contact and offer to help.

What can I say... it's Home Depot, they have lots of beautiful things for your home improvement projects. My experience with their service is polarized, sometimes you'll get a very helpful informative person and other times they act as is I'm interrupting something way more important than me and they can't wait to shake me off to get back to it.

You can shop 24 7 on line .. the actual Store closes at 6 pm every day . They also offer curbside pickup ..
No not at all, very convenient. There are a number of parking places just for pickup. There are salespeople that will come right over and ask for your order number and within a couple of minutes, they will load it into your car.
