Used to live there before it got bought out by a money hungry heartless Owner who employs a manager that isn’t in the office half the time, acts like a snobby better then the rest and enforeces rules or “regulations” that break or ignore CALIFORINAS mobile home codes and laws for rights.. picks and chooses who she’s gonna pick on like elementary school and discriminates and seems to retaliate against anyone who took the time to read all the laws and rights .. park literally falling apart , the owner won’t allow renters you better own your own trailer cuz he don’t “want to deal with there problems” if something don’t work expect it to not work for a long time , to cheap to invest anything in the park and yet has the money to have a tow truck driver to town anyone who’s car overhangs into the street even an inch ... can’t even supply the amenities that they charge as fees like a trash can that isn’t missing both wheels and lid..

Some drug dealers live here in 1 trailer. Lloyd. Management only cares about collecting money. Please live in a park that cares about the people that live there, that is not this park. I feel sorry for Jessica who is stuck there. Steve and his girlfriend are good people.
