Management is rude and will follow you through the park, take pictures and is constantly in your business. Rules change on a daily basis and Patty the manager will make up her own rules. Rent goes up every year and for 1000.00 a month the limited things you can do is not worth it. They claim to be a family park but children are not allowed outside if parents aren't right there with them. No place for your dog to play and are never allowed off leash. No bike riding, no skateboard or scooters even though they have trials. The only reason they get 1 star is because it won't allow zero.

If you are looking for a beautiful serene and safe place to live, it's Big Valley Woods. It is a well maintained community staffed my the most awsome people. Vic, Patty and Holly made it so easy to select a site and purchase our new manufacterd home. We have lived here since February 2019 and love it. Vic, Patty, Holly and staff thank you for all you do to make this a great community to live in.

We moved to Big Valley Woods the end of July 2019 and love the peace and quiet here, as well as the gorgeous scenery. The trees make it feel private and secluded. There is such a feeling of community here, with monthly get togethers like Bingo, potlucks and so much more. They also have amazing hiking trails, rec center, with gym and game room and we see a lot of wildlife. Their maintenance staff is amazing and keep things clean and if anything’s needed, they are right on it. I love the people we’ve met since living and have made some amazing friends. Prior to this we lived in an apartment for 3 years and hardly knew anyone. We are so very privileged to live here and be apart all of this. What a wonderful adventure!!!

My husband I are just about to celebrate our three year anniversary of moving here. We love the peaceful and incredibly beautiful surroundings and are so grateful to the management and crew for all their hard work. They go above and beyond making this our all time favorite place to live.

We e lived here 20 years. We get snow. Park does their best to keep the roads cleared but we have an economy car and we live low and have to climb up to get out. If it’s snow and ice it’s difficult.
not that I know of we've had 6 pets at one point, we've lived here for the past 15 years and have never had an issue
My parents have lived there for about 15 years I've never heard of a bear sighting
Most likely. Call or email them.
There is usually a waiting list, but call Patty (park manager) and she can put you in line if there is one.
Frontier is the only one for the park. I was concerned at first but have had zero problems with service.
Welcomed he would. I have yet to meet anyone who wasn't nice there.
Definitely call, they have a great staff and would be the best way to get an answer
780 for space. May be more in the new extention that's been added
Yes you can. It has to be the same kind of rough board wooh you see throughout the park. If you have pets to keep in there is a wire fence you can line it with. Check with the office. You can purchase wire liner at Home Depot or Lowe’s.
There is no weight limit but there are certain breed restrictions.
Absolutely! Some people even have fruit and vegetable organic gardens.
I have Verizon and have never had a problem. I also have neighbors that have Sprint. Tmobile is expanding and should have good service in the area in the upcoming months.
Only in the rv sections that have a space rent not on home sites
No rentals of homes also not allowed to rent out your own personal home.
Yes
Price for lots for homes very i think but the people at big valley Patty + Vic do a wonderful job there. The place is always being taken care of... Its a wonderful home life.
There's brand new homes the park added in a new area connected to the main park area. Almost always used homes for sale in original area.
