One of the busiest plaza in LA downtown with multiple office blocks and plenty of restaurants underground which are accessible for general public. Building has such a beautiful ambiance and lot of place to sit and relax outside. One of the coolest places in center of LA downtown.

City club on 51st floor is amazing. Exquisite food, amazing service from Krista and her crew plus the view to die for.

Beautiful location and offices. The onsite parking is a bit confusing. It's difficult to locate parking entrances. Parking fee is very expensive $40-$50. I paid $42 for a couple of hours, there are limited parking options in the area. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful during my visit. You must check in at the front desk and recieve a visitor card in order to use the elevator. Scan the card inside the elevator and select the floor you wish to go to. (Hope this info helps future visitors)

Right across the street from the hotel. You can even avoid crossing the street with the pedestrian bridge across 5th st
Or you can go to "Westlawn Parking" Garage & pay a LOWER rate of $8.00 after 5:00 p.m.
