If I pay $600 for 2 front rows seats to a concert at Aura & the tickets say Row A, Seats 11 and 12, don't I get to sit in the front row in seats so numbered? Someone claimed to me that there are only seats in the Balcony, & only SRO on the Floor.

I think that depends on the show. They set up folding chairs in the front for certain shows. I wouldn't worry about it.

The can sell for level seats and later remove those seats and change it to standing room which Aura has done this more than once in an effort to boost income for a show. The only guaranteed seats are in the balcony level.

Some shows have seats, some are SRO. If the tickets say you get those seats, then there will be seats for that show. The 1st floor seats are put out only for certain shows. Although the stage is so high that front row balcony are the best seats in the house. Edit: I'm really short though, so others will disagree.

Yes there is only the balcony which gives you a great view and is close to the stage, and the floor is sro.
