MSB expects there will be a city wide yard sale in Bath this year, but it is not a Main Street Bath event. The Times Record has organized this event in the past.
It is not currently listed in the events on VisitBath.com however it may be a part of the Spring into Summer event. I have reached out to Main Street Bath and will post when I hear back.
