Awful service, awful support.. If there was more than one internet provided located where I am, I would pay double just to switch. Starlink can't come soon enough to take out these legacy providers.

Worst service ever! It started out just fine with 5 devices used at a time in our household. Now only 1 device at a time can be used or the other won't load even Google, they never fix anything either! The price is ridiculous for the service as well

Very slow speed, we were told we would be getting a speed of 12. We would gets speeds of 0.3! Reps would tell us that our speed was fixed remotely, not true. Reps would tell us that for our problems they would take money off the bill, not true. We had two appointments for service and the technician never showed up. I’m at a loss here to figure out a way to get what I’m paying for. You can bet that if I didn’t pay my bill I would be getting never ending calls to make a payment. Here is a great idea, customer service!! I can send the definition of that term if you haven’t heard of it.
