The staff needs an upgrade. Very unconcerned with whatever a person needs to do. Hey people we don't want to be here, but you are forcing us to deal with you so try and be a little pleasant or at least helpful. On-line anything you can get away with is definitely the way to go in this town. Not going to get into policies of anything like that because you'll unfortunately find out for yourselves, but it always seems to be such a chore for any of them to do anything that they make us come here to do.
