They normally fire at a cone 06 with underglaze and glaze included, but if that doesn't work for your piece, they do specialty loads from time to time.
We can fire at an 04 temperature but our paint and glaze works at 06. So you'd have to find specialized paint and glaze that would do what you want an 04 temperature. We open at 11 on Monday and I can answer your questions in more fullness then.
