Parking is always nuts. There has always been available parking whenever I have been there, and it is free.
Don't think so. It's out in the middle of nowhere. I don't even think people live out there to be honest. Best bet is to utilize the shuttle service from the campground you're going to. If you're going to the Wildhorse, they do have a shuttle service.
The best bet to check about a shuttle would be the campground. There are a few nearby that do offer shuttles but i doubt uber would run that far out.
Their are shuttle and bus devices available for all shows. Not sure where you are camping but something should be accessible
