Go to almost the end of mission (just over the tracks), and make a right. There are two pay lots there at $5.. also after 6pm all metered parking is free you don't have to put any money in them from 6pm-6am. They started closing the pier at 10 pm due to covid and I have a feeling they have no plans on returning it to 24 hours like it used to be. I'm pretty mad about that. They reopen at 4am. Also going down mission to the last stop sign turning left and making another left before you go down the hill there is free parking on the left hand side (east side)of the street at all hours, just a little bit more walking to get to the pier but not much.

Mostly paid. But if you're willing to walk a little, there's plenty of free parking. Also, it depends on what time you get there because a lot of parking becomes free after a certain time.

The time of year may have an affect on parking
