I had seen kids there. I'm not sure whether the bar & restaurant is open to the public or not.
University Club is a membership only club. Kids are not prohibited, but it's not kid friendly. It'd be fine for well behaved teenagers.
Kids can be there. It is a club. You have to be a member or invited by a member.
