Whenever I pay in cash at the box office, $3 per ticket. With card it's $5. The online fees vary, but I think they are always more.

Fees can go from 5 to 20 if you purchase your tickets with an online service, box office has no fees, so, if you are around i suggest you to stop by
Depends on the website. Brown paper bag is cheapest but ticketfly is a lot more. If you have time to stop by the box office definitely go for it.
