Yes, though they make handicap people sit by themselves isolated from friends and family. Only venue I've ever been to that they wouldn't let one of us sit with my friend. When we tried to explain we've been to a lot of venues and this was weird, they talked down heavily to us like we were stupid for thinking we'd be allowed to accompany our handicap friend at the concert. Extremely terrible service in that regard.
