There is no difference before or after 4 pm. Ticket prices remain as advertised.
I went on line and found sales. Season pass looks like the way to go if you want to go 2 or more days. I did the family of 4 deal.
I got mine for $22 each because my husband and all his extended family go so a family member gets over 100 tickets and sells them to everyone.
No dofference.
