If I lose my season pass then can I have them look up my name there and get a new one or do I have to find it

If u purchased your season passes online or over the phone they send you all your information for your season passes in the mail you could use that paperwork to get in just let the person at the gate know what happened if u dont have that Instead of paying full price for admission u can purchase buddy passes online for 29.99. u can also purchase buddy passes at the gate with ur season pass card

There is a $15.00 processing fee to replace a lost Season Pass. You MUST have your Season Pass for admission. If a Season Pass is forgotten, a full-price admission ticket must be purchased for admission. NO EXCEPTIONS. I would call to reconfirm.
