Moving to Lincoln City next month. What is needed for a one year lease on a space? And are there spaces available?

They don't do a lease but will do month to month after a background check, you should call the office for more info.

I'm not sure you're able to get a "1 yr lease" as it's a "tourist's market" along the Oregon Coast. You may be able to book 2-3 months at a time though...call and inquire. 👍

Wish we could help more, but we didn't check on long term parking. They were great people to meet and work with for our stay.
