5 stars for the look of the park and the employees, 2 stars for the sites. Our site (38) was long enough for our 36 ft 5th W and truck. HOWEVER the site slanted 2-3” downhill sideways. It appears there was an a attempt to level it out with asphalt, but there was a 5-6” abrupt edge that you could fall off of while setting up and it was sunken in a couple places where tires crushed the edge. Not wanting to be close to the drop off we parked to the right side of the pad. We had about 3 ft from our front door to the neighbors sewer and electrical hookups. When a motor home pulled in next to us, their slides were over the top of our picnic table, and of we had put out our awnings they would have hit their rig. Unless we could get a more level (and wider) site, we won’t be back.

Beautiful campground, clean showers, laundromat, and grounds. Nice, helpful staff, cost is not unreasonable for all the amenities. Very nice fenced dog park, shaded and cool. We decided to stay an extra day. If we come this way again, we will certainly stay here again!

Best RV park in the 10 states I've been to so far this trip. I'm going to mail them a $100000s tip just as soon as I get it. It was like one stop shopping propane water recycling sewer ice it was the best service ever. I wanna live their. 5 🌟 ....

It is 1 of the 3 nicest parks in town and I know all of them (taxi driver of Taxi 101) and would only recommend 3.
I am not a member of the management team here. I am a long term tenant. You would find your answer by contacting the office and asking. I do know there are discounts for members of certain groups like Good Sam, etc.
They don't do a lease but will do month to month after a background check, you should call the office for more info.
