In my personal experience going directly to the box office is the most beneficial. I've had mixed results trying to call & it's been less likely to reach someone than to speak to them on the day of the show. Not exactly time efficient but most likely to get the answer you're looking for
Our staff is typically limited to in-person services on the evening of a performance, so stopping by the box office is your best bet. Other customer service options can be found at www.portland5.com/tickets
Echo the answers from Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall & Odessa Davis with the caveat that there's just about always a line & not real sure how long before show time it opens. Always best to call Oregon Symphony business office during hours posted on their website. 😃
I suggest calling them. I’ve had luck texting or with email
