I have just completed my new employee process. All I have is positive experiences, outstanding customer services and positive feedback from everyone I have spoken to so far. Good test and nicely methodologicaly designed to achieve quality in the new interpreters. Mr Harry, Ms Elizabeth, and the examination team all very professional and flexible with scheduling tests. Former Employee Avoid working at CLI! Supervisors yell at workers all the time , no people skills at all ! No help from the staff when you are on a call ,either they are gossiping or on their phones . It is like high school all over again , if you aren’t in a click you do not move up in the company nor you are listened to when a problem arises .Management is a big problem period ! Unfair treatment over all .

I cannot say enough about the pleasures of working for CLI. The potential for growth is endless, their attention to providing a better work place is promising, and the energy they put towards making sure EVERYONE is heard. One of the things I love most about working at CLI is its diverse workforce and company culture that encourages innovation and creative approaches to services/work flow. I think this is in part because the language service industry is so fascinating, and in large part because our work has such a positive impact on non-English speaking people who directly benefit from interpreting services. No, CLI does not provide on-site interpreting services, however we do provide video remote interpreting for clients who are looking for a face-to-face interaction, without the need to pre-schedule or pay minimums.
