SOLD ME TICKETS TO A BUS THAT WAS NEVER COMING. Truly unethical and heinous company. They knew this bus line wasn’t in state was never coming to pick up passengers on this day. Still sold me expensive tickets and are pushing back on a refund. NEVER AGAIN.

My brother in law lost his ID so he couldn't fly home to Missourri. I called Greyhound and they said, no problem! Just make sure you come with him and show your ID and the credit card that you bought the ticket with. We got to the Greyhound station (after driving around aimlessly looking for it because they still have their old address listed on Google), and they wouldn't let him board because he didn't have a "password." No one told us we needed one when I booked the ticket. Then they wouldn't give a refund or give us a ticket for the following day. It was a total nightmare with hours spent on the phone trying to resolve it. Their call center is in Columbia and clearly no one there knew what to do to help us. Greyhound is actually worse than dealing with Comcast customer service (if you can believe it!).

I took the bus to the beach to meet my family. The staff was curt & unhelpful for the main ride. The plug ins for charging were handy. Seats were roomier than the last time I took a bus 20 yrs. ago. I had to switch & take an independent shuttle half way. The driver was wonderful. Funny, attentive, & happy. He also had snacks & bottled water for $1 which was appreciated as the usual 1.5 hr. drive took 4 hr. by bus with no breaks. The shuttle was very bumpy & jalopy like, messy, & no plug ins. It was my favorite part though.

The Greyhound station has been shut down i believe everyone has to get tickets from Amtrak train station now don't quote me on that but I'm pretty sure that's where someone would get a ticket
Best thing is to call grayhound or use the website
Look online, changes by variables
I don't believe they do anymore.
https://www.greyhound.com/
On-line it shows prices anywhere from around $58 to $72.
1st bag is free, 2nd and 3rd bags there is a fee. After the 3rd bag, then GPX. Drivers license, passport for ID. Discounted/cheap fares no refunds, can exchange for a 20 dollar fee. Full fare are elgigble for refund.
They are not reliable , they keep dropping my daughter from the bus then make us buy new tickets . So far to get from Phoenix to portland its has cost 749.98 and she's stuck in Portland so another 60 ticket to get her home , we're suing .
consult greyhound. do not leave questions like that here. it may not be answered or quick reply
I'm not quite sure I understand the question what or who is theme
Unfortunately there are no overnight lockers, or any other for that matter, at the Portland Greyhound station. Union Station, where Amtrak makes it's stops and is about a block North of Greyhound on 6th (not hard to miss ;) and apparently has some lockers available in the Metropolitan Cafe inside Union Station. Sorry, don't know the hours and all but may be a good place to check out. Enjoy!!

No. Not if you pay for your ticket in cash.
Yes it is open, but can be a shady place. Best to use the Vancouver Washington station and get a ride if possible. Most of Portland is this way now unfortunatly.
The MAX Yellow and Green lines both stop just outside the bus station. Catch either one (going towards Expo Center or Clackamas, respectively), and get off at Rose Quarter, just across the river. Transfer to the Red Line to the airport. It pulls right up to the terminal.
