What happened with the old staff ? They were polite and very helpful. The new counter people (a male and female) were rude and unprofessional . I felt like I was attacked. They didn't even answer my question. I will be changing banks. I don' need their attitude.

The absolute worst, unprofessional customer service ever. Went to this branch twice to finish opening my account I started online. Each time I waited only to be told either it's going to be a long wait or they don't have time. I really don't need to be talked down to as to why I didn't make an appointment. I'm sorry but it didn't tell me that online. And then to tell me that the only available banker would be going to lunch so we can wait or come back. What? Went to another one and had everything wrapped up in 10 minutes. Really bad taste here, horrible reflection for PNC. I really don't care who is going to lunch or any of the behind the scenes info. If anything just ask me to set up an appointment. Doesn't matter Shellie at another branch handled it!
