Worst HOA ever, I owned a condo here and couldn’t wait to sell it. They are all SO rude and get annoyed when you ask questions.

I have lived here since the year 2000, with a reasonable length of time away, having to take care of my mother. Then returning home, to my "Ageless and Evergreen"🌳. But I find myself quite disheartened and frustrated.😔 As before, this neighborhood is still kept in the most pristine condition. Beautiful trees, lush and full. Palm trees pruned regularly. The grass is more green than any golf course around. They use the sprinkler system religiously, to the point of driving the golf carts over muddy grass. But the sidewalks don't stay muddy for long. They also send around the power spray, so often that it's probably safe to eat off the sidewalks anyway. The buildings are always clean, and repainted whenever necessary. The streets are repaved every year! So what's the problem you ask? Well, just don't go behind too many closed doors! It's true what they say about Paradise🌴. It gets alot uglier on the inside!! And noone does anything about it. Nothing is illegal here!! We live with FILTH...You just can't see it...until you live here. Neighbors complain, yet nothing changes. We just live with it. Ever heard of the "Pink Light District"??💔...Well, now you have!! 😔 #DoSomethingAboutEastOfEden💄
