I reserved a Tesla Model S, and when I arrived the woman at the counter told me they don't carry Teslas at all and I could have an e-Golf instead, with the same range as the Model S, for a slight discount. First of all, we got the Golf with 30mi of range left, so had to make a pit stop almost immediately. It charges VERY slowly (37kW at a 150kW capable fast charger) so we never got it to full, but even when it was showing 110mi of range, we barely made it 70 miles, going 10 under the speed limit in eco+ mode without AC for the last half of the trip. The tires were slipping, and at one point while stopped at a light the car just refused to go! We had to put it in park, turn it off and back on, and put it back into drive, with 50 cars behind us honking at us to go. Not a fun experience and added a ton of unnecessary stress to our trip. Just for fun I went online and you can totally still book a Tesla at this location, despite the rep saying they don't carry them.

My experience with this location was professional, caring, and there each step of the way. I recommend any one renting in the area to take a look at this location. The managers of the location actually care for their customers.

Service is okay. I recently had my car banged up and hadda renk a car for a couple months and the service was quick and corbeaus and I had no trouble renewing when I needed to. But there are two hot chicks working at this location and when I go there, I find myself wondering why women like that are willing to work at enterprise and not in the office I work in. What are these women so afraid of? At least the office I work in is quiet and very close to this enterprise location, so who really knows? I'd sure love to work at enterprise because then I would feel like I'm on TV! Were I work, I feel more like I'm in the middle of some stygian nightmare mainly because the workers there look repulsive. If either one of the chicks working at enterprise want a quieter job, they should let me know maybe I can hook them up. The office I work at could use more pleasant faces.

First time renting from here, OR Enterprise. The entire experience was unbelievably friendly, Josh was exceedingly helpful, and definitely went above and beyond to make the rental work for me. This is the best rental location I've ever personally been to, and I couldn't recommend them enough. They event rent a fee exotic cars if you're interested. Happy renting!
