I love working for this company. I've never worked for anyone who is as accommodating, and employee-forward as they are. Great job, and, wonderful employer. 10 out of 10!

They don't return your phone calls, voice mails or emails. I have been trying to reach someone for over 2 weeks and no one us responding. I'm putting together official complaint to AG. Broken dishwasher for 6 months, broken dryer for 4 months.

One of your employees decided it was a good idea to drive out of your parking lot and block 148th and Marine Drive with his pickup truck. There where no emergencies or any vehicles unloading. After his negligent attempt to block the road I attempted to drive around. He then came into opposite lanes, head-on, attempting to dangerously block my vehicle from the front. Yelling obscenities out his driver's window. You have no legal authority to block a public roadway. You have no legal authority to block vehicles and stop them from continuing. Tell him to go play hall monitor somewhere else.

Do you help with housing

Randy Hubbard | Aug 19, 2018
Relay Resources | Aug 19, 2019

Hi Randy! Relay manages low-income housing units in Portland Metro, Vancouver, and The Dalles. This includes income-restricted affordable housing, HUD, and HUD 811 properties. To view a full list of properties and submit an application, visit relayresources.org/live-with-us. We often work with persons who might need accommodations or have barriers. While we don't offer financial assistance, we may be able to help refer you to other organizations. If you need assistance filling out an application, or you want to discuss possible accommodations, please give us a call at 503-261-1266 to speak with someone on our housing team.

When there is a serious and legitimate problem in a HUD 811 that needs to be seen with different , unbiased eyes outside of Relay (third party mediation) who would be the best person to contact at Relay ?whdoes not work in the housing department

Relay Resources | Aug 18, 2020

Hi Leo, It sounds like you're frustrated with your current situation. At Relay, we believe that direct dialogue with the community manager is always the first and best step. We have found that by empowering our community managers to directly support the community they manage, better and faster results can occur. If you feel you are not getting the support you need with that method, then elevating your issue to their supervisor would be the next step.

Hi my name is Kayla Burk and I wad attempting to reopen my online application but every time I try it says webpage cannot be found, so what do I do?

Kayla Burk | Aug 18, 2020
Relay Resources | Aug 18, 2020

Hi Kayla, Unfortunately the way our application process is set up, you can't save your work and come back to it. If you left the site and returned, it is likely your work was lost. However, I do want to thank you for your question because your experience with our system gives us feedback on ways we can improve our application process. If you want assistance with your application, you can always call 503-261-1266 and ask for recruiting.

Do I need a referral? If so, I am involved with a few different agencies. Just none of them seem to have the resources I hear you do. I would like to come in and chat. Is it possible? Can I just walk in? Thanks, Sean Como.
