I love working for this company. I've never worked for anyone who is as accommodating, and employee-forward as they are. Great job, and, wonderful employer. 10 out of 10!

They don't return your phone calls, voice mails or emails. I have been trying to reach someone for over 2 weeks and no one us responding. I'm putting together official complaint to AG. Broken dishwasher for 6 months, broken dryer for 4 months.

One of your employees decided it was a good idea to drive out of your parking lot and block 148th and Marine Drive with his pickup truck. There where no emergencies or any vehicles unloading. After his negligent attempt to block the road I attempted to drive around. He then came into opposite lanes, head-on, attempting to dangerously block my vehicle from the front. Yelling obscenities out his driver's window. You have no legal authority to block a public roadway. You have no legal authority to block vehicles and stop them from continuing. Tell him to go play hall monitor somewhere else.

Hi Randy! Relay manages low-income housing units in Portland Metro, Vancouver, and The Dalles. This includes income-restricted affordable housing, HUD, and HUD 811 properties. To view a full list of properties and submit an application, visit relayresources.org/live-with-us. We often work with persons who might need accommodations or have barriers. While we don't offer financial assistance, we may be able to help refer you to other organizations. If you need assistance filling out an application, or you want to discuss possible accommodations, please give us a call at 503-261-1266 to speak with someone on our housing team.
Hi Leo, It sounds like you're frustrated with your current situation. At Relay, we believe that direct dialogue with the community manager is always the first and best step. We have found that by empowering our community managers to directly support the community they manage, better and faster results can occur. If you feel you are not getting the support you need with that method, then elevating your issue to their supervisor would be the next step.
Hi Kisha! Maintenance requests can be submitted through our Resident Resources page at: https://relayresources.org/resident-resources/ or you can reach out to you Community Manager directly with additional questions. You can find their contact info by clicking your apartment on our Live With Us page: https://relayresources.org/live-with-us/
We do not assist with move-in fees, but 211info.org is a great resource to help find assistance.
Hi Kayla, Unfortunately the way our application process is set up, you can't save your work and come back to it. If you left the site and returned, it is likely your work was lost. However, I do want to thank you for your question because your experience with our system gives us feedback on ways we can improve our application process. If you want assistance with your application, you can always call 503-261-1266 and ask for recruiting.
No but Jean Mathis does.
Hi Levi, Unfortunately Relay Resources doesn't have housing properties in Gresham. I would suggest googling "Low income housing Gresham" for direction on how to apply for housing in that area. Hope this helps!
Yes
Housing is available with or without being employed by Relay Resources. Call and speak to a housing specialist. They can explain all of the benefits available.
Yes, you can walk in. It is better to call and make an appointment in case the person you may need to speak with isn't available at the time you walk in.
If you are a current employee there are limited possible assistance through payroll. If you are considering applying talk to a recruiter about your issue and there may be a way to help. Not a guarantee though.
Yes, Relay Resources helps with employment. The amount of time depends on where a person would be assigned. I would suggest calling Relay Resources and speaking to a recruiter to get more details.
