Hi Leo, It sounds like you're frustrated with your current situation. At Relay, we believe that direct dialogue with the community manager is always the first and best step. We have found that by empowering our community managers to directly support the community they manage, better and faster results can occur. If you feel you are not getting the support you need with that method, then elevating your issue to their supervisor would be the next step.
We have to hire a professional who is neither an ableist nor a mentalist. Hopefully not another witch who is living proof that Batman once saved Gotham City several times.
