I rented a car to go to FL and on our way it’s telling me a need a oil change can’t get ahold of anyone from the place I rented from now I’m stressed out will I be able to drive it back to Maine from FL. Not happy

You will be fine. My car needed a oil change and I was a 1000 miles over do and I still drove to Florida from Maine and back to Maine with no issues. Just check your oil levels every once in a while. N if it's low put some oil in it.
