It's a senior living trailer park from what I understand rent runs around a thousand to 1200 monthly.

Yeah it's a good well kept up no RVs in the park 55 and up I think they have an RV storage parking lot close are space rents 850 right now we have a huge Clubhouse Billiards room swimming pool shuffleboard horseshoes Cabanas around the pool Knight security
