Do you need to fill out an application or bring identification/utility bill to prove residence? I’ve never had to do this before.

If you come in during our open hours (Monday through Friday, 9 am to noon) we will ask you for name, address, household size etc., and have you confirm that your household income meets the program guidelines. You do not need to bring identification or documentation for the information, just state that it is correct. All your information is confidential; we do not share or sell your information with anyone. Hope that helps!
