The lady at front was very rude. Milk and eggnog was expired. We are thankful for the food we received . I came in with someone on the list to help them out. This was Friday the 8th . I'm sorry if I sounded as if I was complaining. That was not my intention. I just wanted to let you know that something's were expired. Stayton has the best food bank in the area. Most generally they are the nicest people that you would ever want to meet. This is a good place to go and they are greatly appreciated by all. Thank you for all that you do for the community.

I usually would give this place a 5 star. Today 02/18/20 The gentleman working the front desk was very rude and treated us like we were pond scum and inconveniencing him. We left feeling humiliated and embarrassed. They shld really rethink putting someone with a little more compassion back at the front.

If you come in during our open hours (Monday through Friday, 9 am to noon) we will ask you for name, address, household size etc., and have you confirm that your household income meets the program guidelines. You do not need to bring identification or documentation for the information, just state that it is correct.
