This company is absolutely horrible. Straight up horrible. For starters I had to, literally, beg them just to pay my phone bill on time. Because of ORPP my phone has been shut off for 3 non-consecutive months in the last 18 months. In the 10 years I have been with AT&T, my reputation with my phone carrier has been destroyed by ORPP. ORPP has paid my rent late so many times I have literally lost count. I, again, had to beg them just to get them to pay my rent on time. This company has absolutely ZERO care about disabled people. When I call them & ask “because my portion of rent was late, I am going to be evicted. Is there anyway you can overnight a check?” They respond with “yeah... no. That is not in our company’s policy.” In short if you go with this company be prepared for: waste, fraud, & abuse.

Reviewers making blatant statements such as "they are great to me therefore these others who complain must be the rude ones" or "these people on SSI/SSDI all just want to live like rock stars" are ignorant to make such unreliable statements and therefore should not have their reviews factor into the overall rating. Facts however, such as, this organization withholds information, abuses power, treats clients inhumanely, pays bills late, gives no explanations to clients explaining how their money is being appropriated, I agree with. I agree because this is my experience also. And it was MY MONEY/MY TAXES that went into paying my Social Security AND Others, Because the American People voted for it to be this way. Not to mention they are given a fee to provide a service to disabled people. That should go without saying, RESPECT should be paramount. Raising a family on $2,000/mo and hardly leaves room for the fantasy of being able to live like a rock star. Bottom Line: organizations with this type of abuse towards disabled people simply should not be allowed by Federal Standards.

They're always helpful with me and accommodate my needs when it comes to financial inquiries or requests. Been with them for a while and haven't had any issues. To those who gave them 1-2 stars I think are the ones that were being rude because they've always been respectful to me. We have them for a reason because they were appointed to us. I have a horrible spending habit so I'd rather have someone else budget my finances rather than myself.

In one word I can tell u why u only got one star, and if it were possible I'd give u - stars !! That one word would be KIM.! Rude, mean, belittles, did I say rude.shes just nasty to deal with, and several others that I know use orpp, none of us by choice, for one reason or another the state chose for us.thetes a few minor issues we would all like to see change, for example a statement monthly or every 2 months, maybe quarterly or something to show were are money goes and how much and what's left in our accounts after all is paid , balance! If we want to know we have to call and get a vague estiment of what they believe we have, it's like they have a phobia of people knowing what they got, even though it's not there's to begin with and the way Kim treats people u would think we were taking the money right out of her very own pocket. Kim should not be working with people or the public period. I really like jj she rocks, and brittneys as lways been pretty good but I worry she's been taking lessons from Kim..an example of the last contact I had with Kim, my check comes weekly same day always for years one day it wasn't there so I called Kim answered so I told her my check didn't arrive as normal and was gonna ask if maybe they had a computer problem or something and they got sent a day late or something but before I could ask so he says to me "I don't control the mail" I was like what? And again in a very rude condensending tone she repeats " I don't control the mail" then says if that's all I have other things to do. I was like so you can't tell me anything and she says I just did, goodbye and hangs up. If u have a choice stay away! I wrote my review about three months ago. And at that time there were no good reviews for these people and I've checked back several times and still no good reviews and today 12/3/17 I look and there's some very nice reviews out of the blue several of them as a matter of fact all dated the same .hmm interesting I'm just saying.also was wondering if anybody else has been told to pay your own credit card bills out of your "allowance" cause they don't pay those. I'm thinking it's a bill so why can't they pay it?

Good luck on that. The address on the website is NOT accurate and is just a postal service office that they get mail at. Their actual address is in Mill City, oregon. These people got me messed up and i'm so livid i can just scream!
