I think the POST OFFICE in STAYTON does a WONDERFUL job. They are helpful , kind and efficient. I am disabled and they go out of their way to help me. I have been treated very badly by other CUSTOMERS on two occasions, being harrassed by people who were anti mask. This was during a time when they were mandated by the state. I really APPRECIATE having a local post office.i tried using FED EX and they were a NIGHTMARE.

I can see why they are struggling as a business. I would look into your delivery drivers customer service. Other company’s do not act that way.

It seems the mail carrier in Stayton can decide where to deliver your mail - regardless of the address on the package or letter. I get sensitive mail at my PO box and some mail/packages at physical address. The mail carrier believes she decides FOR ME where my mail gets delivered. I called the postmaster who insinuated the mail carrier was "looking out" for my best interest. I say she was violating the law. She cannot decide to deliver the mail wherever SHE WANTS TO. MY best interest is what I decide to do - not what a mail carrier decides.

This place is terrible! Went there 3 times today to pick up a package... first 2 they said it wasn’t there. Third trip we find out its been there all day. Moved our mail box to front of business (address side) so thieves couldn’t walk by and steal our mail. Now they refuse to deliver because the driver has to get out of his truck and climb 3 steps. Keep in mind, he had to get out of the truck before we moved our box, and before I placed a box on side of Building, they used the mail slot on the front door!
