I think they have the best stuffed animal and chocolate collection in Oregon. The staff is always super attentive and friendly and helpful. BUT…The pay by the minute computer use is slow, outdated and doesn’t function smoothly. This needs to be addressed by an IT professional. Lacking in this area but still charging by the minute is actually unfair to the customer.

I will never set foot in this place again. After calling and giving the exact dimensions and weight of my item was provided a quote for packing and shipping. Used this to establish EBay selling price. Sold item and took to them to pack and ship and the owner informs me it will be nearly double the cost.

Hello Bev, Thank you for the question. Yes, we do have boxes that can be used for moving. Our boxes are actually designed for the shipping world and are of much higher quality than the standard moving boxes. Most moving boxes are rated at 75lb burst strength. Our boxes are rated at 200lb. burst strength and because of that they would be more expensive than standard moving boxes. Give us a call with the sizes you are looking for and we would be glad to quote you a price.
Yes! They take Amazon returns. You need to have a printed shipping label tho. If you dont know how to do that, they can help you with that to. Usually if you go into returns in amazon it asks if you want to print label. Postal connections might charge to tape up your box and put the label on. Hope this helps!
