I have been there. I've tried every place I could think of and places I was told to go. Nothing nothing nothing. If i didn't have this Breast Cancer. I wouldn't be worried about a place to park. The stress on me will kill me in the end

Try going to St. Vincent de Paul on hwy99. They have parking permits for Alton Baker Park. Let you park for up to 3 months I believe.
