Where is the best place to park?

If you want to avoid inside car /people traffic, you could park in Balboa park Administration on Park Blvd n Presidents Way. There where Tram start n end pick up. 1st stop would be Japanese garden

There is good parking by the organ pavilion or the back of the space theatre ...both close to the friendship garden

There is parking all over Balboa. The lots over by the international cottages are prob the best.
