We've done 50 rooms. Cabin and Speakeasy - The puzzles aren't really connected, so at times you have several numerical locks and no cue which a code goes to. No clear progression through puzzles. All the laminated paper props in Speakeasy have been largely peeled apart which makes it hard to use them. Clues in magic marker have rescapees. Some objects, making puzzles impossible to solve. Lots of squinting for tiny details - overall just not enjoyable for primadonna escapers.

This place was terrific! They have 4 rooms with very original themes, and just an overall great experience. I loved Chinatown, with great details and all of the puzzles fitting in well with the theme. Family Cabin was fun and the design was fabulous, right down to feeling chilly when you were "outside" the cabin, but warmer once you got inside. Puzzles were not reused from room to room, everything was creative and appropriate for the room. This place is definitely worth a visit when you are in San Diego!

This was our families first ever escape room experience. Jakob was our game master tonight he explained all of the rules very clearly and gave us good hints when we needed them. We did the Speakeasy room and managed to escape a few minutes after the hour time limit expired. Honestly this was such an amazing experience we can not wait to come back and try another room out.

Looking for the perfect escape room experience? This is the place for you. We had a great time playing 'The Diner' escape room. It had great depth and detail in its execution. The staff was kind, friendly, and informative! I look forward to going back soon for the other rooms!
