Short answer is no. Some people may be able to show you little tricks they picked up that MAY be able to fix them. But no REI does not repair trekking poles.
No, but they'll sure sell you a new pair! Their warranty has changed, they no longer stand by what they sell... I'm sure it matches their corporate business plan
