I was there 4.5 hours. You can get a hand stamp, take a break for lunch, and return later the same day.
Go early enough to get paid parking on the pier (good for many hours). Do bridge tour FIRST. Work your way down to the engine room... 3-4 hours. (fyi- cafe is being renovated so all food is packaged for a while). Look into membership - may be cheaper than 4 tickets
Plan your visit to go top to bottom with a lunch break off the main deck. Minimum two hours but three to four to read the flight deck info an listen to the take off & landing docents; the bridge tour ( do it first ) and main deck displays and simulators after lunch.
To fully take in everything she had to offer, I'd give it 4-5 hours.
You are limited by the 3 hr parking limit set by the city, unless you Uber or get a ride. I recommend against having lunch on board as it is crazy expensive, low quality and a long wait for fast food to be prepared. We had lunch on board which consumed 45 min of time we could have used to see more things.
It can take up to 5 hours, so much to look at, pictures to take, questions, tours, so much more. It could be an all day thing depending on all that you do. So very intetesting, learn lots of history. So glad we had the opportunity to see it, I am from Wisconsin, another place to go is Veterans of St. Solidad, all I can say is Wow.
Lots to look at. Movie to see. Lots of walking. Rides. Hours
It's up to you. But i would expect at least one hour.
Plan for at least 4 to 6 hours. There is so much to see. My kids wanted to do everything but we had to leave for the cruise next door Avoid the cafeteria..they have little variety and super expensive. Just get a hand stamp which allows you to go out grab lunch and return within the same day.
2hours for quick visit, 4hours should be enough to go through everything except your want to stay with every story.
