Actually a pretty strange question, I think they prefer the lawn or a nice sturdy fire hydrant
I've been in some and I've seen people bring them in. Never seen a sign that says to keep dogs out of the restrooms.
Yeah i use the shower to rinse my dog off if he gets dirty so the camp ground isn't muddy
