I pay around a thousand. There are some months that are more or less due to strange county taxes. Instead of trying to fathom it I am just always prepared. I live in a standard spot witbout any ocean view, my rv is 28 feet and we can still park our 2 cars in our space. Ocean views and deluxe spots cost more. All the spaces are good sized but not equal. We are always so happy to be hanging our hat in such a wonderful place!🌴🤙🏻🍀😍 During the summer months there is no monthly rate so my rent tripled at the daily rate.
