Yes, they do have a day use area. Its quite beautiful with a creek that runs through it and lots of trails to explore.

Yes, there is day use. There is a large pavilion with a firepit next to it. There is another area down at the day use parking area with a picnic table and fire pit. Horses use the open parking to the left when you drive in for parking.
