I love this resort. my family used to go there every year for a vacation.... Over 10 years... It's so peaceful and quiet. The lake is beautiful. It brings back alot of memories looking at the pictures. Was my mom's favorite place also and when she passed away we spread her ashes in the lakeπŸ₯° it would be nice to camp There again. πŸ€—

It's awesome up there! Dont expect cell service but do expect a beautiful scenery, great fishing and super friendly staff! The cabin we were in was very mediocre but it was such a great experience and will be going back very soon!

Great people, excellent fishing, beautiful surroundings, very nice accommodations, they offer cabins, rv hock-ups, and camping. The cabins are very nice but could use a little more lighting in living room and kitchen. Also offer decks for fishing and moring boats and boat rental. The only thing that could improve, would be store hours. If you're a fisherman like myself. The store could open closer to 6.am and close around 8.pm. Store hours are 8.am and close at 6.pm which include restaurant type meals for carry-out. All in all, I had a great time and I will certainly be back.

I must echo the sentiments of reviewer Leaf Fael from August 2016. But like Leaf, Rainbow Beach has a special place in my heart. The resort is located on the Colville Indian Reservation and is one of the most beautiful places on earth. The cabins are old and rustic but that is part of charm. It will almost be a sad day when/if the cabins are updated to trendy lake places. (My aunts would probably disagree!) The sewer does need to be updated. Most cabins smell. Theft has always been an issue. While we should probably know better about locking items up, there is something to be said for safety. One of the greatest improvements the tribe could make would include an emphasis on safety to prevent theft from resort patrons. The two new cabins are gorgeous! (Although albeit cold without any insulation.) We hear there may be a casino going in at the back of the resort. We hope that there will not be any alcohol or rowdy behavior as a result, but are always supportive of the tribes making money. Thankful that the tribe runs the resort.

You could rent barges with or without a motor. At one time you could rent a paddle boat but not sure if that's still an option.

Depends on the season. Call front desk for closing time.
