Nice little place. Trailhead leading way up into the mountains from the campground. Hand pump well water. Sites are a generous size. River was running fast and strong - could sweep someone away easily. Close to supplies when you need them.

The campground is 10 miles from Entiat
I would suggest you call the Entiat Forest Ranger they would know more about all of those questions. I know there is a big spot that can be reserved for a group, we've done it. But we've also gotten lucky when the Govt shut down we got to go camping for free my birthday weekend in Oct a couple years ago.
