Needed to get one shock replaced on my car and called and great bear gave me the best quote. Quoted me at half an hour of labor which is pretty accurate for one single shock. When i went in they changed the labor to 1.5 hours and I wanted to leave they agreed to 1 hour. The mechanic took exactly half an hour to replace the shock just like she quoted me when i first called, but they still ended up charging me a full hour. The service was good, but I doubt ill come back.

I made an appointment and they confirmed. Went there on time. After Waiting half an hour, they said they can't do it today and asked me if I can come back tomorrow(no apology) unreliable shop.

I never rate any business, but this shop is wonderful. I only get inspections done here because i lease my vehicles most of the time, but if i had owned a car i would come here everytime for an oil change and etc. The whole staff is very welcoming and accomodating even offering me a donut haha. I even walked in to hear some gospel music which is amazing. You guys are great and i wish God keeps blessing your business and your families.
