I accidentally signed up at the wrong location so I went into the gym about an hour later to cancel. I was told that I will still be charged for my membership since I did not cancel on the 10th (today is the 12th and today is when I signed up).

Why do they even have a corporate number if all the responses are all clubs are franchised please call them directly. Why not just say that when it answers. I can't even get the local club to give me there main number.

This planet fitness is ridiculous. I was charged a monthly fee and annual fee on my bank acct after i cancelled it. I was denied any refund from the cooperate office and they said the final decision is through the main planet fitness i signed up at.

I tried to join the new facility in Mundelein, IL. They said that the only way that I could join was to allow them to access my bank account. I refused to do so. They lost a potential customer. Called corporate & told them the policy was ridiculous
