Can't speak to the coffee but the espresso is bright, fruity and acidic. Great to drink stand alone, but doesn't work well with milk for my tastes in latte and other drinks.
+1 on Steve's answer, but i would add that their espresso it's generally brighter and more fruited than, say, Bard. If you are into the current trend for this kind of coffee, you'll be very happy with Speckled Ax, if you prefer a slightly more chocolate and nut cup, I would go to Bard.
The types of coffee served here changes. Tell the barista what you are looking for. The coffee I had I would call medium but they are more specific about the flavor profile than that. They are serious about the coffee they serve.
Precisely what Tucker said. While the coffees here change regularly, in my experience they tend to feature brighter, more fruity flavors that come out really exquisitely in their pour-overs.
No, its all speciality coffee and hand poured. Some are lighter than others but, its not sorted that way.
