I'm sorry you had such a bad experience! We love our location. The people are amazing, it's clean and we never run into trouble makers. Maybe try another location next time.
Nasty is right! I took my granddaughter and waited outside in the parking lot and watched a bunch of kids go in and out creating their drama. Then other kids, obviously underage, were smoking pot and then went back inside. Seems like a trouble making place. The inside is no better with trash all over the floor. Wonder if they ever wipe down and disinfect their equipment??? Would not recommend this place!
The cleanliness has declined, service has declined and prices have spiked. We were bringing our girls every weekend until an incident in April with poor management. The girls still love it, so we go occasionally. The last few times, it has been dead. I am hoping they return to their old ways.
They give you free hand sanitizer... there are sinks... tell your kids hands can get dirty. . .
