I will start by saying I have a hard time trusting online reviews as they can be extremely difficult to trust. However, I can honestly say without a doubt this was by far the best car shopping experience I've ever had. Unlike our previous car purchase where we left that dealership with my wife in tears, she could not contain her happiness this time around. The car shopping experience at Pape Subaru went exceptionally smooth & was pleasantly enjoyable. We already had a trim package and exterior color we wanted and we were not going to deviate. Danielle, the Sales & Leasing Professional at Pape Subaru, had us look at the 2022 Subaru Outback Onyx Edition XT but she knew it wasn't what we desired. After listening to what we wanted, she spoke to Bob Schulte, the Service Manager at Pape Subaru, he said he would do a bit of research and contact individuals from other locations. Lo & behold, as luck would have it, he was able to locate the vehicle we were sold on from jump street. Thanks to all who helped us at Pape Subaru. I highly recommend our friends, family & acquaintances to see what Pape Subaru can do for them.

This was the best car-buying experience i have ever had. The salesperson (Mike) was super respectful and not pushy at all. The finance process was utterly painless. Customer service is actually their priority, not just a gimmicky slogan. I would not hesitate to buy from them again, nor would i hesitate to recommend them to others. I spent about 15 years on the wholesale and retail/service sides of the car business and am pretty adept at sniffing out bulls$#t. Happily, there was none of that to be found here. 10/10, would recommend

We were moving from overseas and Pape Subaru was amazing! They helped to get everything prepared in advance and even offered to pick us up from the airport. When we got there all of the paperwork was ready and we only needed to sign the documents. They also gave us a tour of the new vehicle to make sure we were prepared for the road. Rob Sinnot and Jeff were the best individuals to work with, their bed side manner was outstanding and they really cared about our family.
