I’m extremely happy with the service at that UPS hub place and ask for the manager for feedback but he/she is usually busy and hard to get to We all know it’s not easy to stay home all day and wait for our important UPS deliveries since we don’t have specific time and often times we missed the driver and then have to go to UPS anyway. Few times it happened to me and every time I go there in the UPS hub store at 2 Foden Rd in South Portland the lady that works there Tammy is so customer friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with everything possible so I want to give her a hug. Such an outstanding service I get there every time ,wish all UPS places were like this one! Thank you SO much UPS, thank you SO much Tammy I really do appreciate your help always with smile on your face and always make sure the job is done and we the customers get the best possible service! Keep the great job!

Had a package on truck at 10:30 this morning. Now it says they don't deliver here...funny I get packages all the time during the week from ups (including last week) but if it's a weekend delivery they always go from out for delivery to a date change. I don't think the driver wants to drive to this area if he doesn't have much to deliver. I called customer service they gave me the "someone will call you back" which never happens. Ridiculous

Got assistant to help with an Amazon return from hell. She was very understanding and patient with me. I would recommend the UPS hub.

They didn't delivery to the address I sent it to but instead delivered it to a UPS Access Point several miles away from the address. Called customer service - informed that UPS would pick up package from store and redeliver in two business days. Three days pass - call customer service, informed that UPS would pick up package from store and redeliver in two business days. Asked for a refund on shipping cost - referred to a supervisor who informed me that due to COVID-19 UPS is no longer issuing refunds. I ultimately spent more than 90 minutes on the phone and had to drive the 60 miles round trip to the UPS Access Point and hand deliver the package myself.

ups policy is they don't release a package at a door used by more than one resident,, if it came up missing ups would have to pay for it. call the number on the back of your note the driver left and make arrangements.. you can pick up at a locker or many more options, if you don't answer your door 3 times then it's going back and you had options for a week to make arrangements.
UPS dictates the rates. The only way you may save is if packaging costs were lower as some of those are set at the store level.
I was able to. I've done it for missed deliveries (the following day), things I rerouted there using their online services, etc.
